This dinner is in the top 10 of my most requested meals!
 
Seasoned chicken, salsa and cheese hand-rolled into soft flour tortillas - ready to be oven baked and never fried!  Fast and easy is an added bonus! Served with a side of salsa for dipping. This dinner bakes in 25 minutes. 
 
Family size serves 4-6: 12 taquitos + salsa and a full portion of both sides.
Half Size serves2-3: 6 taquitos and a half portion of both sides below.
(Tip: Taquitos are frozen and you can bake as many or few as you want!)
 
Side 1:Tex Mex Potatoes - flavorful taco seasoned potatoes. (Fresh handcut Idaho potatoes)
 
Side 2: Honey Butter Sweet Corn- white and yellow corn in a sweet honey butter broth.
