Keepin' it creole  - Spicy and mild smoked sausage, chicken, tomatoes, onions and peppers bake together in this "all in one" meal. Add a half pound of creole spiced shrimp to your jambalaya for $6! (Refrigerated: Bakes in approx. 35 minutes)


Family Size: serves 4-6 with a full serving of both sides below. Half Size: serves 2-3 with a half portion of both sides below.


Side 1 - Homemade cornbread - my kids' favorite cornbread - sweet enough it doesn't even need butter!  (But if you insist - try with my agave jalapeno butter -provided)


Side 2 - Maple Glazed Carrots and Zucchini - a sweet side for the zesty jambalaya!
