This cheesy, sausaage, potato and egg casserole is perfect for breakfast, brunch or "breakfast for dinner".  Feel free to spoon this casserole into flour tortillas for ready to make breakfast burritos. This casserol is served with fire-roasted salsa,  5" street-style flour tortillas and pickled jalapenos!


Large: 9"x13" pan serves 4-6 (8 ounces salsa, 12 tortillas, side of pickled jalapenos), Small: 9" circle foil pan serves 2-3 (4 ounces salsa, 6 flour tortillas, side of pickles jalapenos. (Bakes from frozen in approximately 60-90 minutes.)
