This suprisingly light pasta dinner is full of flavor and is a family pleaser! Cheese ravioli in my homemade tomato bolognese sauce. (Bolognese=rich tomato sauce simmered with carrot/onion/celery, milk and red wine) topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Served with both sides below. (Refrigerated: bakes in approx. 45 minutes.) (Freezer-friendly)
Family size: serves 4-6 with a full serving of both sides.
Half size: serves 2-3 with a half serving of both sides.
Side 1: Fresh Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach tossed with crunchy iceberg and romaine and a touch of spring mix, topped with red onion, cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, bacon, and cheddar jack cheese - served with my homemade sweet and sour dressing.
Side 2: French Rolls - crusty French Rolls served with a tangy balsamic and oil garlic dip the whole family can gather around!
