A 12" flour tortilla covered in cheddar cheese placed inside a 9" circle pan then topped with a shaved steak red enchilada filling (shaved steak, rice, corn, a few diced zucchini and more cheese). Served with cilantro cotija sour cream.  Serve as a dip with chips or cut into it like a pie and enjoy!

 (Frozen: bakes in approx 60 minutes) Serves 6+ as a dip or 3-4 as a meal.
