Whole wheat and traditional penne tossed with chicken, in a homemade roasted garlic and white wine sauce with a touch of cream, garnished with a chiffonade of spinach and fresh diced tomato. (Refrigerated: Bakes in approx 35-45 minutes)

Family size: serves 4-6 with a full portion of both sides below.

Half size: serves 2-3 with a half portion of both sides below.


Side 1: Fall "Broccoli Salad" - broccoli salad crossed with traditional salad!  Fresh greens, chopped broccoli, kale, shaved almonds, craisins and shaved red onion - served with a raspberry dressing.


Side 2: Ciabatta Bread Bites - chewy ciabatta bread tossed restaurant style in parmesan, fresh parsley, fresh garlic and olive oil!
