You choose: Homemade pulled pork tossed with corn, smoky sauce and a few bbq beans or my Summer chili lightened up with a fresh tomato broth, sweet corn and summer squash.  Both casseroles are topped with homemade sweet cheddar jack cornbread. One pan=one easy dinner!  (Bakes from frozen in approx. 60 (small) to 90 (large) minutes) (Stores frozen for 3 months.)


Large: serves 4-6 in a 9x13 pan, Small: serves 2-3 in a 9" circle foil pan
