My spin on 2 classics - Chicken Noodle Soup and Hot Ham and Cheese!  Homemade chicken noodle soup in a thickened chicken broth with poached chicken, rotini noodles, carrot, celery, sweet corn, fresh parsley and a splash of lemon - served with oyster crackers.
