Chicken marinated in cuban spices (cumin, coriander and oregano), cilantro and fresh citrus - sliced and ready for building your own custom rice bowl. Top with green herb Chimichurri for another level of fresh (no avocado as pictured). Side 1 - Cuban yellow rice - fluffy rice seasoned lightly with turmeric and chicken broth then speckled with peas.
Side 2 - Roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, and red onion, - baked until sweet and tender then topped with healthy garlic sauteed kale and cumin black beans.
