FREEZER ENTREE + BREAD
This suprisingly light pasta dinner is full of flavor and is a family pleaser! Cheese tortellini in my homemade tomato bolognese sauce. (Bolognese=rich tomato sauce simmered with carrot/onion/celery, milk and white wine and lightly pureed to get rid of those veggie pieces!) topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.  
Family size: serves 4-6.
Half size: serves 2-3.
