All white meat seasoned shredded chicken rolled in flour tortillas then topped with a sour cream green chile enchilada sauce and monterey jack blend. Then you top with fresh green onion, cilantro and tomato salsa. Served with both sides below. (Salsa is served on the side) (Entree is Frozen - bakes in approximately 45-55 minutes).

Family Size: 8 - 7" flour tortilla enchiladas and a family serving of both sides;

Half Size: 4 - 7" flour tortilla enchiladas and a half serving of both sides. 


Side 1: Mexican Rice  -long grain white rice cooked with fat free chicken broth, tomato sauce and Mexican Spices.


Side 2: Mexican Street Corn Casserole - sweet corn in a tangy lime infused creamy sauce - finished street corn style - with smoked paprika, cilantro and crumbled cheese.
