Always tender pork tenderloin (the filet mignon of pork!) glazed in a sweet and zesty honey bbq pepper glaze plated over a zucchini and sweet corn hash.  Served with both sides below. (Refrigerated: bakes in approx. 20 minutes.)
Family size: 1 Pork tenderloin (sliced - 1.3#), (Serves 4-6)
Half size: Half of  a Pork tenderloin ( 2/3 pound sliced) and a half portion of both sides. (Serves 2-3)
 
Side 1: Au gratin potatoes - fresh sliced potatoes in a homemade bechamel sauce (which is just what the French call a milk sauce!!!!) topped with cheese (now it's a mornay sauce!)
 
Side 2: Jalapeno Glazed Baby Carrots all this savory food could use a little kick!  Enjoy these glazed baby carrots topped with pickled jalapeno pepper glaze!  (Don't fret - all the spice is on the side and you top as you please!!)
