Family Size: 2 tenderloin (weight: 2#) serves 4-6 with a full serving of both sides below.

Half Size: 1 tenderloin (weight 1#) serves 2-3 with a half serving of both sides below.


Side 1: Sesame Ramen Slaw - Sweet coleslaw spiked with soy, rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil topped with crunchy ramen noodles - a customer favorite! (Try drizzling with the peanut sauce!)


Side 2: Basmati Rice - long grain rice infused with garlic finished with green onion on top.
