Taco Pasta meets cozy lasagna.  All the flavors of traditional tacos tucked in between classic lasagna noodles.  This version has seasoned ground beef, salsa tomato sauce and jack cheese and a few kidey beans and sweet corn to make it a complete meal!   Served with a side of Sour Cream and olives!
