My family loves a sandwich to change things up at dinner! Seasoned ground beef, green peppers, onions and white american cheese served with golden buns. (Peppers and onions are served in the same pan, but on the side - yay!) This dinner is refrigerated and bakes in approximately 25 mintues.
Family Size: 6 buns and full serving of both sides - serves 4-6;
Half Size: 3 Buns and half portion of both sides-serves 2-3. 
 
Side 1 - Mexican Street Corn - a fun side with lots of flavor! - Don't enjoy corn or corn on the cob? Choose Lemon Butter Steamed Broccoli!
 
Side 2 - Cheesy Hidden Veggie Potluck Potatoes-cheesy diced potatoes with a classic cornflake topping - this cozy side is a potluck staple! (with a half pound (in family size) of pureed butternut squash so they'll nevery know!)
