Another way to enjoy a family favorite - philly cheesesteak!  Shaved steak, cavatappi pasta, peppers, onions and mushrooms in a cheesy cheddar cheese sauce - topped with fried onion straws! 
 
Sounds yummy, but the kids turn their noses as veggies??  Choose NO peppers/onions/mushrooms!  Now we have a cheesy beefy casserole and no complaints!
