This layered casserole is full of cozy flavors.  Mashed potatoes topped with roasted all white meat chicken, broccoli and finished with gouda, white cheddar and mozzarella cheese - and sprinkled with bacon for good measure!
Frozen: Bakes from frozen in 60 (small) to 90 (large) minutes.
Large: deep 9x13 pan serves 4-6.  
Small: 9" circle pan serves 2-3.
Mini: Serves 1.
