A classic easy to share dessert from my childhood. Apparently this is a Midwest thing as most ofthe customers I spoke to yesterday had never heard of Scotcharoos! 
 
Chewy peanut buttery butterschotchy rice crispy squares topped with a chocolate layer you can sink your teeth into. This item shows up at almost every potluck, family gathering and picnic in the Midwest and are always the first thing to disappear.  This 8x8 pan is ready to slice in big or tiny squares to share as you please.  (Ready to eat - contains peanut butter- best within 5 days of pickup.)
