This lightened up version of Scampi gets all its flavor from white wine, and sundried tomatoes, topped with garlickly lemon shrimp or sliced chicken breast over linguini noodles and aged parmesan.

Served with both sides listed below. (Refrigerated: Bakes in approx. 25 minutes)(Shrimp best within 3 days of pickup.)

Family size serves 4-6: 6 chicken breasts and a family portion of both sides.

Half size serves 2-3: 3 chicken breasts and a half portion of both sides.


Side 1: Four Cheese Asparagus - fresh asparagus seasoned with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, then topped with four Italian cheese!


Side 2: Baby Ciabatta Bread - tiny chewy ciabatta rolls - drizzled with smoked olive oil and finished with a touch of kosher salt.
