Egg noodles lightly tossed in light Daisy sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions topped with a zesty ground beef tomato sauce then finished with shredded cheddar cheese.  My kids don't like sour cream or cottage cheese but LOVE this meal! (Frozen: heats in 9x13 pan in oven approximately 60-75+ minutes) (Serves 4-6.)


Serving Suggestion - a loaf of French bread and your favorite/easiest veggie (canned green beans anyone?)
