This is my family's Sunday dinner nearly every week - with really good ingredients, a light and fresh spaghetti like you've never had before! Bright San Marzano tomatoes simmered with olive oil seared garlic and oregano - hand rolled meatballs - and bronze die cut pasta so this light sauce has something to grab on to - all topped with 10 month aged shaved parmesan. Plus a 1/2 cup of sauteed zucchini because everyone needs to eat their veggies! (Serves 1). (Refrigerated: heats in oven in microwave safe container.) (Meatball are a combinatin of pork and beef)
