Mango Margarita anyone?- this chicken is spiked with tequila, lime, kosher salt and mexcian seasonings and served with a side of mango salsa. Family Size serves 4-6 with 6 breasts (5oz) and a full portion of both sides, Half Size serves 2-3 with 3 breasts (5oz) and a half portion of both sides. (Refrigerated - bakes in approx 20 minutes)
Side 1: Golden Rice Pilaf - fluffy long grain rice simmered with chicken broth, turmeric, red bell peppers and sweet raisins - don't let the raisins scare you - there's only a few for sweetness and you don't have to eat them :)
Side 2: Apple Cider Carrots and Brussel Sprouts - Sweet carrots and healthy brussel sprouts with smokey black pepper and bacon dressing.
