Family Size: 3 pounds thighs or 2 pounds pork tenderloin-serves 4-6 with a full serving of both sides below.

Half Size: 1.5 pounds chicken thighs or 1 pound pork tenderloin-serves 2-3 with a half serving of both sides below.  


Side 1: Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles - hearty Asian egg noodles tossed with a savory soy sauce, a touch of brown sugar and sriracha.
