This casserole features my smoky ham collard greens on the bottom and then are topped with Loaded grits with bacon, smoked gouda and green onion!
(Frozen: bakes from frozen in 60-75 minutes*.) -*Defrost in fridge to shorten cook time for 1-2 days.
Large 9"x13" pan, serves 8-12.
Small: 9" circle pan, serves 4-6.
