Don't wait another 2 months for all that goodness! Tender turkey seasoned with fresh herbs and nestled in a pan of my homemade stuffing, and topped lightly with gravy. Family Size: serves 4-6 with a full serving of both sides below; Half Size: serves 2-3 with a half serving of both sides below. (Refrigerated: heats in approximately 25 minutes.)  


Side 1: Rosemary Roasted Root Vegetables AND Acorn Squash: Fall root vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, rutabagas, and sweet potatoes roasted tender with fresh rosemary; plus a few slices of roasted acorn squash seasoned with a chili spiked brown sugar!


Side 2: Fall Salad: Tender greens and shaved brussel sprouts with fall toppings; dried cranberries, apples, shaved radishes, feta cheese and homemade streusal "croutons" - served with a cinnamon vinaigrette.
