Six chicken breasts covered in a white wine sundried tomato cream sauce and topped with a touch of spinach. Served with both sides below. (Refrigerated: Bakes in approx 25 minutes).

Family Size: serves 4-6 w/ 6 chicken breasts and a full serving of both sides;

Half Size: serves 2-3 w/ a half portion of both sides.


Side 1: Orzo Pilaf - this fun side is actually pasta, but looks like very big rice!  Cooked pilaf-style with chicken broth, fresh herbs and garlic. Nice and plain for those kiddos and those adults will top it with that spinach sauce from the chicken!


Side 2: Squash Casserole - with all that summer squash, it's time for a Southern classic- squash casserole!  Made with yellow and green squash - cooked super tender with onion and garlic - tossed with all those casserole ingredients - topped with butter cracker topping!
