A fun way to introduce kid's to mild cod!  Flaky wild caught Alaskan cod is crusted in goldfish and buttery ritz crackers tossed with shredded cheddar - baked alongside 4-cheese garlic asparagus + a kid friendly side of classic mashed potatoes! 

Single: one - 5 ounce filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes; serves 1.

Family: four - 5 ounce filets with aspargus and mashed potatoes; serves 4.  

(Refrigerated: heats in oven in approx. 20-25 minutes.)
